Once your purchase goes through, we’ll automatically email the download link to you—usually within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/promotions folder and make sure the email address you used at checkout is correct.
What if my download link expires or I can’t find the email?
Log in and go to **My Account → Orders** to access your download again. If you’re still having trouble, contact us with your order number and we’ll help you out.
What devices can I use to open the e-recipe?
Most e-recipes are delivered as a PDF, so you can open them on your phone, tablet, or computer. Your device’s built-in viewer or any standard PDF reader should work—no paid software needed.
Can I get a refund or swap for a different recipe?
Because this is a digital product, it’s delivered immediately and **all sales are final—no refunds or exchanges**. If you were charged twice or accidentally placed a duplicate order, we’ll verify it and assist you.
Will the recipe be updated?
If we release corrections or an improved version later, we’ll provide the updated file to customers who have already purchased.
